"Our Best Today, For a Better Tomorrow"
Welcome to the EPFD Explorer Post 911 located in El Paso, Texas. We are a Fire Service Explorer Post that teaches young adults about Fire & EMS career fields. Explorers receive both Fire and EMS training that will help prepare them for a future career within those respective services. Exploring is a division Boy Scouts of America and Learning for Life . Our post is chartered by the El Paso Fire Department. We currently have six Advisors and approximately 30 Fire Explorers. We maintain open enrollment throughout the year. Please go to the "Recruitment" tab for more information about becoming an explorer. The Explorer Program also participates in a large amount of community service work. If you would like to request for us to assist with your event please go to the "Volunteer Request" tab and completely fill out the form. We ask that you please look around our website and pictures of us in action.
